MCC Payment Plan
Middlesex Community College offers you the opportunity to spread your tuition payments, interest -free, over either 5 monthly payments, 4 monthly payments or 3 monthly payments. Enrollment forms will be sent to you with your initial bill for the semester. In addition, you can enroll online through your middlenet account (to do so follow the steps below) or by downloading one of the forms below.
Note: There are no payment plans available for summer courses.
This plan is only available for students enrolled in credit-based courses.
Your enrollment form will not be processed until we receive your first payment.
Fees
Enrollment Fee: For students enrolled in 6 or fewer credits there will be a $15 non-refundable enrollment fee and for those enrolled in 7 or more credits there will be $30 non refundable enrollment fee.
Late Fee: A $10 late fee will be assessed for each delinquent payment for those enrolled in 6 or fewer credits. A $20 late fee will be assessed for each delinquent payment for those enrolled in 7 or more credits.

Click on Middlenet, once signed in click on Enrollment Services & Financial Aid, Student Accounts and then Payment Plan Enrollment Form.
Payment must be made in order for the Student Accounts Office to process your payment plan.
Enrollment Deadlines/ Payment Schedule For Spring 2010
To enroll in the 5 installment plan your first payment, the enrollment fee and the completed enrollment form must be turned into the Student Accounts Office by the due date on your initial bill or by August 5 (whichever comes first). Any enrollment forms received between August 6 and September 5 will automatically be processed as a 4 payment plan and any received between September 6 and October 5 will be processed as a 3 payment plan.

Terms and Conditions:
To establish your MCC PayPlan account, you must send your completed enrollment form, enrollment fee and initial payment on or before the due date of your initial bill. Enrollment fees are non-refundable. We may make modifications to your plan as part of our overall billing process. A $10 late fee will be assessed for each delinquent payment for those enrolled in 6 or fewer credits. A $20 late fee will be assessed for each delinquent payment for those enrolled in 7 or more credits. If you are delinquent with your plan a hold will be placed on your account which will prevent you from registering and receiving grades/ transcripts. Once your plan is current this hold will be removed. An additional $20 fee will be assessed for any check written that is not honored.
Unpaid accounts will be referred to collections and/or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Intercept Program. The student will be responsible for any and all additional costs.
