Adult Learning Center

Established in 1995, The Adult Learning Center is a free program funded by the Massachusetts Department of Education.  Located on the Bedford Campus of Middlesex Community College, the program provides four levels of classroom instruction in reading, writing, and mathematicsBasic computer skills are also taught.

The Adult Learning Center is dedicated to serving adults who live in Massachusetts.

Those who attend find that we:

  • focus on adult learners at all levels from basic skills to GED preparation and college preparation, 
  • recognize and respect the diversity of our students, 
  • provide students with individual attention in small classes, 
  • provide a non-threatening learning environment, 
  • encourage continued education.
